Drop sheets to protect plants and paths, OSH-compliant scaffolding, waterblasting to remove dirt build-up, removal of all loose paint, replacement of perished silicone, gap-filling, and primer application for adhesion and long-term peel resistance.
All interior surfaces cleaned, loose paint scraped and sanded back, cracks and nail holes repaired with the appropriate filler, sanded smooth and primed before the first top coat goes on. The boring work that makes the finish look right.
Old wallpaper removal and full wall preparation — plastering, patching and surface repair — ready for paint. Older Auckland villas in particular benefit from the patience this step takes.
Gib stopping and plasterboard fixing to ready new or repaired wall surfaces for painting — Level 4 finish for most rooms, Level 5 where light-grazing surfaces demand it.
Professional roof painting: thorough preparation, primer application, and two finishing coats with the correct roof-grade product for your substrate — long-run iron, decramastic, concrete tile.
Interior and exterior varnishing of timber surfaces, entry doors and joinery — sanded back, dust-removed and finished with multiple thin coats to bring out the grain.
High-pressure waterblasting to remove dirt, grime and loose paint from exterior surfaces in preparation for repainting — also offered as a standalone service for decks, paths and driveways.
